Payment, Delivery and Refunds

Payment

Payment is accepted to the Ukrainian sole proprietor IBAN account or in USDT on TRC20/BEP20. Current payment details are provided by the Telegram bot.

Delivery

After payment, the buyer taps “I paid” and sends a screenshot or transaction hash. After verification, the bot sends links to the purchased digital materials.

Timing

With manual verification, delivery normally takes place after the payment is confirmed. If there is a delay, contact support.

Refunds

For digital content, refund availability depends on the circumstances and whether access has already been provided. Duplicate payments, undelivered products or technical unavailability are reviewed by support individually in accordance with Ukrainian law.
